About
Todd grew up in Conyers, Georgia and attended the University of Georgia where he was a member of the Air Force ROTC detachment and the Redcoat Marching Band. He served on both active duty with the US Air Force and in the reserves. He retired from the Air Force as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2019. During his Air Force career, he worked in several capacities including as a Satellite Operations Officer and later as a member of the Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps. Todd is a graduate of Denver University School of Law in Denver, Colorado.
Todd began his legal career by working in District Attorney offices in Colorado and Alaska. He has significant litigation and transactional experience and has extensive history with government and administrative law. A highlight of his career was serving as the Staff Judge Advocate for the 927th Air Refueling Wing at MacDill Air Force Base, where he was responsible for all legal advice to the Wing Commander as well as Group and Squadron Commanders while supervising 2 attorneys and 3 paralegals.
